JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC injectable gel is for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and correction of perioral lines, and for injection into the undereye hollows to improve the appearance of undereye hollows in adults over the age of 21.

JUVEDERM@ VOLLURE™ XC

Over time, wrinkles develop on your face, and nasolabial folds may become more visible. JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE™ XC is designed to temporarily add volume to the facial wrinkles for a smoother appearance to the face. The lidocaine in the gel improves the comfort of the injection by reducing sensitivity to pain.

Treatment Problem or Condition: Fine Lines, Wrinkles

Wrinkles are part of life – our skin changes as we age. It becomes thinner, loses fat, and no longer looks as plump and smooth as it once did. Facial aging actually begins in your 20s, when skin firmness begins to decrease as a result of both internal (genetics and natural aging) and external (sun exposure, smoking, pollution, sleeping positions, etc.) factors.

It depends on which filler you use, where it’s injected, and the patient. On average dermal filler last between 6-12 months.

Results can be seen as early as 2 days, but it can take up to 2 weeks to see the full effect.

The most common side effects included temporary reactions at the treatment site such as tenderness, swelling, firmness, lumps/bumps, bruising, pain, redness, discoloration, and itching. Side effects were mild or moderate (uncomfortable) and generally lasted 30 days or less.
